CDI Home Inspections was established in 2009 by Adrian Zamora. Mr. Adrian Zamora has over 18 years of experience in the construction industry providing variety of services including Inspection, Carpentry, Landscaping, and Home Improvement. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging in size and scope including the structural integrity inspection of buildings along the Metro Red Line in Hollywood, major projects include the Disney Concert Hall and the Los Angeles Cathedral as well as a number of commercial and educational facilities. Adrian has a General Contractor’s License and is insured.

Rod Garcia- Earthquake, Engineering Expert
Mr. Garcia is a licensed civil engineer by the State of California and has over 40 years of experience including 15 years working for City of Los Angeles Building and Safety, Public Works and Port of Los Angeles. He has provided structural inspections of Los Angeles County public facilities, commercial buildings and residential buildings. He managed the preconstruction inspection of over 200 homes in the Hollywood Hills as a consultant to the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Authority; in addition, he also managed inspection of several bridges, homes, commercial and apartment buildings for the Metro LA Gold, Blue, Purple and Red lines.
He has design experience in structural and civil engineering projects including bridge structures, earthquake retrofitting and site-work. He was Senior Engineer in charge of the earthquake safety plan checking section while he worked for Los Angeles Building and Safety.
Mr. Garcia has worked on a variety of major projects in Los Angeles including the Metro Green line and Red line, earthquake damage repair of Caltrans I-405 and I-118, FEMA Northridge Earthquake structural evaluation of several Los Angeles County buildings, to name a few. He was Vice President for a major engineering firm, serving as project manager for a $1 billion transportation project, the electric trolley bus; he managed 65 employees and 28 subcontractors in the planning, EIR, design, procurement and construction management of the project.
